A piece of trench art that I picked up years ago at a small show held in the Polish Hall near Hamilton Ont. A weird looking guy was wandering around with this in a paper bag. This supposedly came from an old house that was being torn down. I believe this to be Bavarian as the 5th Prussian Regt is Grenadier Regt Konig Friedrich. I presume that the man who created this would have used this title if it were Prussian. Does anyone have any info on the 5th Bavarian? Could this 23rd Kompany been a storm troop Komp and thus the skull? Brian
