Bloomington Show in Sept

There is a show in Bloomington, MN in late Sept. Does anyone know anything about this show? Does it have helmets? Is anyone going to it?

The Fairground show in St. Paul is Oct 3-4-09.
I'll check on the Bloomington thing show.
