I won the auction. Sorry if anyone else was bidding against me. I found Vol. 2 on Amazon.com's used book sellers.
This was money I sooooo didn't need to spend two weeks after SOS. But I have spent the past decade tracking down nearly EVERY helmet book. At SOS I was able to buy the Casque Du Combat Tome III, which completed that set. I ended up having to buy ALL THREE books, but I already sold the first two volumes.
All told I now have OVER 100 books specifically on the topic of helmets!
