It looks like a private purchase nco swordknot. He has nco tress on collar and cuffs but it’s hard to tell if he has buttons on collar. I would say either unteroffizier or sergeant

Mind you, this is a groom, with his wife on his arm. It may be a one-year contract, with a rented or loaned “fancy” saber, with “fancy” lanyard. The Pallasch is an officer-type Eigentum. In the case of “Kammer” for enlisted men, as these are French cuirassier “Latte” (Degen) grips, the pommel and handle spindle are different from the Eigentum Degen, made in Solingen.
