Early General's Coatee?

Hi Folks,
I recently picked up these two. I know the one on the right is for a Prussian Civil Official, but what is the one on the left? The cuff and collars are the General's pattern as used by several different states, but beyond that I'm at a loss. The basic colour is a dark green, and the lapels are fully lined in red. This style was probably worn around 1830-40. Any help or suggestions where to look would be much appreciated!

Cheers,
Arran.

The mid-19th C. seems to be a bit of a black hole with regards to reference material. I'll post better pics when I have it in hand, and perhaps that will help elicit some info...

Cheers,
Arran.

It is a black hole. The first thing that came to my mind was some sort of diplomatic outfit. Probably wrong but I have seen pictures of similar cuts. I do not envy you finding truth here.
