Feldzeichen worn "in the field"?

Hi Khukri,

Worn in the field until the AKO of 21.9.1915, which states that the Feldzeichen for Tschako, Husarenmütze and Tschapka are not to be worn in the field.

Confirmed by numerous vintage photos.The Feldzeichen was too "target" ... It could be replaced in practice by the infantry Landkokarde on the left

Thank you Lars, I didn‘t remember that this was changed in ww1 (y)

This is also the reason why the spike on M15 helmets was often removed, when in action. Hence the reason why there are many M15's around missing their spikes.
