That's a rare beast!Thise one was sold, after the loss of my wife... along with great parts of the collection, the house and some other belongings of us.
But got a other one, yesterday, here in France.
I am using the sellers pic, still recovering of the trip to fetch it....

They were produced in the UK, so they probably didn't look much further....Really cool. Was interested in what the liner would have looked like so did a search.
Looks like the only attachment is at the top and reminds me a bit of the WWI British/Canadian Brodie system of attachment.
