Fireman cap.

Hello. Yesterday was celebrated firefighter's holiday, so by the way such a fant. Judging by the emblem, he is a Hessian firefighter. I'm just wondering if this emblem is right and if everything is okay here.

Hi Pawel,

I think for many of these they are post WW2 West German Fire Brigade with the national cockade (yellow, red, & black). The hat frame may be repurposed from WW2 as a national fire police hat.

I've never seen a badge like the hessen one in that configuration as I have always seen the national cockade there instead.
