nice displayI love these French uniforms especially as they were worn by Polish soldiers from Haller's Army during the war with Russia in 1920.
I don't know how much you sold the cap and tunic for, but at the moment their value is well over fifty thousand euros. These are extremely rare items on the Polish market.I’m a huge fan of the horizon blue uniforms. I do wish more people were as well
I had an Austrian Polish Legion cap once and also a French Polish tunic once. I still have a few polish medals.
Not seeing the cap I assumed that it was the 1st Belina-Prażmowski regiment of lancers of the Polish Legions. The cap from this regiment is of very high value and practically unobtainable. There were several types of caps and the one from your photo is not easy to get either, but I took the liberty of sending your photos to the greatest expert on the subject living in Saint Luis for evaluation.I am very happy that you have such uniforms in your collection.I have a cap and 2 prewar named tunics. The horizon blue are not named.’
The A-H polish legion cap i once had. I’m pretty sure it was shown in a book by Brian Calkins.
I don’t think this one is the rarest type that is highly valued. I have a few polish militaria books that show some really nice and rare hats.

I repaired an interesting cap for the American Polish community in May this year.Cap manufactured in the U.S.A around 1900.That’s a wonderful helmet and assume those are impossible to find.
