This part didn't make much sense, either:
This listing is for a rare Imperial Russian Tschapka, 8th Ulan Regiment. Helmet for an NCO.

Maybe he cut and pasted parts of an old auction listing when describing this helmet, but accidentally put in some incorrect lines.

Or maybe the buyer will be getting a shock when the box arrives. :?
