A CDV of Generalmajor Max Kremnitz (1844-1902) in general’s full dress uniform, he was commander of the 66. Infanterie-Brigade from 1899 to 1902. Max Kremnitz was recipient of the Order of the Red Eagle 2rd class with oak leaves, Prussian Order of the Crown 2nd class with swords on the ring (neck order and the breast star) and the House Order Of Schaumburg-Lippe Honour Cross 1st class. His medal bar includes the Prussian Order of the Crown 4th class with swords in combat ribbon, Prussian Long Service Cross, 1870/71 Campaign Medal, 1866 War Commemorative Cross and Wilhelm I Centenary Medal.
