Unfortunately I didn't win this one:

How often do you see a 77mm field gun come up for sale at a closed bar and grille! Apparently the gun had been there for 40+ years. I still think there could be issue of clear title on it. I'm surprised it only sold for $5000. That was way past my budget.
I did win two replica cannons at the auction that were apparently used in some pirate movie. The auction house thought maybe "Mutiny on the Bounty (1962 version)" but that isn't a pirate film of course and I don't believe there were that many cannons on the bounty. I'm thinking the cannons were from The Buccaneer or the 1972 Treasure Island. I should get my cannons in a couple of weeks.
