The mortarboard appears to have been removed and replaced incorrectly.
The usual black disc and domed rivets are not visible in the liner photo, but the split tabs from two of the rivets are visible.
It would be a welcome addition here, just the same.

This one is not complete but the price seems to me correct for a genuine Lückenwalder's Tschapka.
