We called in German "Heiliges Blechle" holy sheet :profileright:

Both are from the some person! First year of volunteers Garde Kürassier, then to the final Ritttmeister Kürassier-Regiment „von Driesen“ (Westfälisches) Nr. 4. ok the Küraasier Helmet i have to bought...

I find it a good idea to photograph it with candellight

 
Very very nice–great to know it was from the same person he must have been somebody to serve as a one-year volunteer in that regiment. :thumbright: :thumbleft:
 
Excellent helmets!! Wow! The candle light was a very nice touch also. God Tony, not another "dream helmet"! I thought that with so many helmets you must have all the dreamers by now!! I guess you Maritimers dream "Big". B

We have a very similar expression here in the US when seeing such a wonderful pair and it sounds alot like "holy sheet".
 
A great set it is! It's also a bonus that you know they were from the same person...

Yes a one-year volunteer in one regiment and then getting a reserve commission in another regiment.
