It seems like another fantasy piece to me, but I could be wrong. This one is dressed up with stamps and dated 1917.

I had seen that and the 1917 date jumped out at me. One would not expect a European marking on such an article, but it looks like more than one person thinks it is real.

I admit I even bid. It went for WAY more than I was willing to risk on it.

I don't think it is real, but as we know a lot of people will believe what they want to believe.
