Hello Hebert,

Rob is a great guy, and fully trustable. I have done business with him several times in the past, each time with excellent results.

It would be highly unusual and highly unlikely that you would receive an item within 7 or 8 days mailed to Germany from the U.S. I speak from experience of mailing many, many items to Germany over the past 26 years of time.

If this item was mailed using "Priority US Mail International" to Germany, the likely soonest it would arrive is maybe 12 to 14 days or approximately that amount of time. Looking at the time postings here, it does not appear to be that long of time.

And if the item was mailed by "1st Class International Mail Parcel/Package", it would likely take 14 plus days of time, more or less, for a package to arrive to Germany.

Countless times I have seen problems with packages being held up in U.S. Customs, and in various European Customs departments, which greatly slows down the progress of mail shipment. I have also seen countless times where the postal service has mis-directed shipments within the U.S.A. and also abroad in different countries.

I kindly and respectfully suggest that you remain calm, and wait for Rob to check the tracking. He is good for his word and he will follow through and get back to you on this matter.

Best Wishes,

Alan

Thank you Alan. Yes, things can take a bit of time especially if there was a total IT system failure at the airports etc. Herbert it is now in Germany so it will be sent to your local Post Office where the friendly Posty will deliver it soon. Rob
