I had some in the past
Today auction houses like HH will not ship them to the USA
It is no longer worth the chance to try and bring them in for the collection
If I had known what was going to happen , I would have kept what I had

I got these one recently from the US to France.
I am glad it went smooth....it could have gone seriously wrong.
I had a scrimshaw on a whalebone, I wanted to sell in the US, 9 years ago. It took me nearly a year of preparation to get all cites documents to do so.
