Hamburg or Bremen?

According to the seller its a Haube from Hamburg (IR76), but the stamp in the neck guard says its from IR75 (Bremen) :-k

Hi Gents,

100% Hamburg. First R76 and then IIIB LJR75. The third bataillon of Landwehr infanterie Regiment 75 was formed in Hamburg by JR76.
It´s a Hamburg cockade, early form between 1891 and 1897. The latest form was a big red iron cross with no edges curved.

This helmet was bogus [-X (this seller too, as usually...)
It originally was sold 2010 on ebay with another front plate which was the original one, loops and no screws, without reserve cross....Most of helmets in the reserve units had a plate without cross.
This helmet has been manipulated..
