Has Anyone Used Baby Wipes On A Helmet ?

I have a few helmets that could use a little clean up and am thinking of using some baby wipes.

Has anyone used them before?

I am a little hesitant because I do not want to darken anything.

I have never used baby wipes, just luke warm water with a bit of dish soap in it. I would read the label on your wipes to see what they contain.
