Hello,

I am working on a PC video game modification to make a First World War version of a WWII video game.

I'm not getting paid anything to make the game modification; it is strictly volunteer work.

It uses the Unreal Technology game engine, so it the game should be, in my opinion, quite an improvement over the old Battlefield 1918 Mod of EA Games' Battlefield 1942 that some of you are familar with.

The game modification, called "Iron Europe: 1914-1916" and "Iron Europe: 1917-1918", will be free downloadable games for anyone who owns the successor game (yet to be published) to the WWII First Person Shooter PC video game "Red Orchestra" by Tripwire Interactive.

Its focus will be the Western Front.

And, if anyone is interested in helping out and volunteering to work on the Iron Europe game, just let me know by PM me or contacting me at the Iron Europe Forum.

We can help you learn the computer stuff (there's a series of free videos you can download over the internet at 3DBuzz.com), or, you can join as a Researcher or Writer, which is my area of specialty, and require no special computer skills.

We are still developing our website but we do have a Forum:

http://z15.invisionfree.com/Iron_Europe/index.php

I am sure I will have many questions about the Imperial German Army during the First World War, so I am glad that this forum is available.

Thanks,

Gamburd
