my name is Claus and I'm glad to find this very interesting site.

My field of interest are the history (organisation) of the imperial German army, navy and the troops in the colonies.
Particulary with regard to the uniforms (incl. edged weapons).

Also I'm collecting historical military photographs.

Please post some photos of your uniforms when you have the time .
I collect the officers uniforms of the Prussian Grenadiers Regts.
1 thru 12 . I also like the enlisted Grenadier uniforms
but they are harder to find than the officers .
