b.loree Administrator Staff member Jan 28, 2019 #7 Obviously, with crossed canon, we are looking at an artillery helmet and due to the added pictures...Portuguese. Also a smaller version of the Brit style spike. Perhaps this reflects their alliance with Britain against the French in 1812??
