Can anyone help me with identification?

Cruciform spike base, rounded chin sclaes and a square cut visor.

Would I be correct in saying Prussian Dragoon Officer?

Looks like a 2nd Guard Dragoon Regiment helmet.

I agree, I think it's a 2.GDR officer's helmet. Very nice.
