Help with shipping

I'm hoping to bid on a haube from the UK but the listing says they will only ship to mainland UK are there any members that would be willing to be the middle man in shipping and allow me to have it sent to them and then I would gladly pay them if I win?
 
I‘m not from the UK, but ask the seller if he would like to sell outside UK and what the shipping would costs. From time to time I had success with this way of working (y)

Please note that customs fees and import duties can be very high.
Best to check this on the website of your home country before bidding.
You can easily add 25% or more in costs.

I have ordered from the UK before and the fees weren't to bad, even having a whole tunic grouping which included a framed portrait, uniform sword and photo album didn't cost anything that seemed to far fetched
