Here's a rare cloth ersatz helmet that's pretty much perfect....really can't find a much nicer one....and its regiment marked too!

Top looks like IR 137
Bottom looks like I.B.(H?).I.R.60 (or 68?)
That's the best I can do.

Infantry Regimes 137- the army served in South West Africa also in China, I found it on the Internet

IR 69, like IR 137, also participated in German South West Africa, most likely the second stamp is IR69
