Hermann Historica Question

I recently bid and "won" an item on Hermann Historica. This was last Thursday. I've emailed already, but I've never received an invoice. Is this normal with this auction house?

I got an email that I won an item, and that the invoice would be coming later, still waiting, I think we have to be patient!

Yes. They are slow at responding to emails. I called them by phone, and they were nice and helpful though.

They had 7 auctions last week, about 4000 lots between them, so I'm sure they are very busy.

It usually take few weeks for the invoice to be sent.
