There are so many things wrong with both helmet and seller, one scarcely knows where to begin. With regard to the seller, if you use the in house search engine above and type in "ulan9" or "uhlan9," you'll get the gist of his modus operandi.
As for the helmet, the under visor panel(s) are not correct. That awful green resembles a sheet of hobby construction paper (or even worse, paint), and, what became of the red rear panel? The 1621 Bandau is overlapped by the cruciform, partially obliterating the six and two (very sloppy). The intended impression appears to be an officer's helmet, yet the Ludwig star is not enameled and the liner is the issued Mannschaften style.
I believe it is a parts helmet, and further question the integrity of most of the parts. :thumbsdown:
