In photo #3, this distinguished looking Feldwebel is wearing a Spange consisting of EK 2, Hamburg Hanseatenkreuz, and Dienstauszeichnung, whilst the Land Kokarde on his Schirmmütze is Preußen.

In photo #8 we see ony the EK 2 and Dienstauszeichnung with a Hamburg Kokarde on his Schirmmütze.

What's up with that?
