Interesting Hussar Photo with Pelz

Very odd photo here, which perhaps we can discuss.

What I am seeing from this photo is a Elisted man's Busby, doesn't even look to be a NCO, with a officers Pelz.

I say Officer's Pelz due to the nature of the braiding on the Pelz, which seems to be heavy bullion, and the Officers groved buttons. It also has officers epaulettes. Oddly, I don't see the collar ropes on the collar. Check my post in the Pickelhauber discussion topic forum for a picture of my Peltz.

Based on the bag (white), this is an officer of the 2. Leib-Husaren-Regt. Konigin Victoria von Preussen Nr. 2 after 1896 (when the pelz was re-introduced for that regiment) and before 1912 (when the black-brown otter fur was changed to opossum fur). With the plume, I think he is wearing winter "parade dress".
