For those of you who are members of the WAF forum, go to the Imperial headwear section and look at the period photo of a soldier wearing a steel stalhelm with beleive it or not chinscales for the strap. :o

Nice Photo! I have seen several of these, but do not own one. So I am planning a substantial bid on this one. Every one of these I have seen have been to a field artillery unit. I don't know if there was any regulation concerning it. :glasses10: :glasses10:
