Invalid session message.

When trying to post something, either text or text and a photo I frequently get "invalid session please resubmit the form"
What am I doing incorrectly?

Eh? That is a new one. I've never heard of this before. I'll get on the help forums for phpBB and see if I can find out what this is, and if it can be fixed.

From the help forums, if you keep entering the site using the same cookie, some browsers especially on (AOL) can think you have been on the site forever. So, two possible fixes:

1. Log out and then log back in. One of the changes in the update file is a check for a VALID Session when posting and doing other things.

2. DELETE all your cookies. This process forces a new login, therefore forcing a new cookie and therefore setting new session data.
