Here is the flyer for the upcoming Iowa Military Collector Society Show to be held in Johnston, IA on Saturday, November 5, 2022.

Tables are $15 each.

Show hours are from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

I'm impressed by the "free admission." I see some of the local shows by me increasing the price from $5 to $6, and honestly, I have to wonder if that keeps people from walking in with something to sell. I know I once bought some helmets in the parking lot at a show and the guy said, "well you saved me $5." The promoters hate that sort of thing - yet they want to see more attendance.

Even worse is the Michigan Antique Arms Show as the venue charges $6 to park and $6 to get in. If you have to break a $20 just to get into the show, I can see a lot of people skipping it entirely.
