I got pretty excited when I first saw this:

But a little research opened up some questions. This helmet is stamped to the 6th Regiment so the chinscales should be black. The leather on the chinscales looks new, so they may have been re-done or new replacements. I believe that the M91 lugs should also be black, and they don't look quite right for this helmet, especially the sharp locking tip, which should be rounded on this model. The white on the Reichs Kokarde has obviously been repainted and the liner looks a little strange.
What do you think?

Black scales would be impossible to find, so these would likely have to do.
