They had the manuscript for over a year trying to edit place names written in four different languages. I guess we were not consistent. some of the review copies sent to American addresses have already been received. I do not know how long it takes to ship review copies to England, Holland or Australia. this is the link to the American Amazon.com. Looks like it is selling rapidly.
