Jäger zu Pferde Crusher Visor Cap

Looks like 2. Rheinisches Husaren-Regt. Nr.9, feldgrau to me. The charts at Kaisers Bunker are extremely helpful for identifying this sort of headgear:

Hey Bob,
Well judging from the cockades, this is an officer model but did these come with chinstraps?
And based on Tony's charts, that blue band doesn't look like Kornblumenblau (cornflower blue) to me (to make it 2. Rheinisches Husaren-Regt. Nr.9) and not a dark green (dunkelgrün; to make it Jager zü Pferde as claimed by the seller).
It seems rather dark blue (dunkelblau) doesn't it? And if so what would it be (I can't seem to find it in the charts)
