After years of searching for an example in decent condition I recently acquired this other ranks mitre from the fusilier Bn.

The following illustrates one of the cast brass eagles located on the sides and rear of the mitre.

This post card from the 100 year jubilee provides an interesting overview of the regiment's history.

I need an entire course on these. While I do not find an incredibly attractive everyone else seems to... I just don't know anything about them thanks for showing such a wonderful example.
