Krätzchen question

What unit would this be? All I can read on the band is "..psartillerie ...". The postcard is stamped Oct. 1918 from the Res. Inf. Reg. 65.

Nice! That is a great photo, he is with Marinekorps Flandern artillery. What is odd, is that he is wearing the white Marine Mütze. Typically, these guys are photographed wearing the obscenely rare Feldgrau Marine Mütze, (one of which I doubt I will ever have)
