I think the helmet is good, but I'm bothered by the Wappen. It's the officer type without bandeaux and missing the reserve cross. The liner looks like a French replacement.
I believe that the Kokarden are reproductions.
In my opinion it could be a good restoration project if the price were right.

Think it may be a put together. Chin strap is either a repro or rebuild. Wappen , well you called it. Looks heavily cleaned to me. Would like more photos of the inside.
