Well that’s a nice one!!! What a beauty!!! Congrats, I’m fond of cavalry!
Only the plume has a bit strange form I think, and the special Leib garde husaren fangschnurr specific for this regiment, with the tassels seems to be missing ( like most of those busbies as welll as mine, my leidgarde husaren busby also missing specific fangschnur) have a Dutch lookalike on it.

A great looking busby, congratulations Amy!
Is this from AOK, many of which are shown in the late Eric Johansson "Pickelhauben" book? It looks like this is the one shown at the top of page 98, but it's not attributed to the late Norm Hobson in Eric's description of the busby. I notice your busby has that same old style inventory numbered label like many of the helmets that they were selling earlier this year and late last year.

Happy Dance! So nice to see. Seal fur only seems worn just where it should be. Nice! Would be so nice if it comes from the old Hobson collection. That’s what got a lot of us started, staring at that man’s collection. And I do hear more iis hitting the market. Congratulations.
