Janet and I have spent several days doing geneology ressearch on Gus (and Maggie) We visited
Roswell and the VLA in New Mexico. We have a picture of Baby Gus......Pictures next week.

I got the photos of my grand parents on the post card yesterday, that is my unckle Billybob on the right. I hope you make it home OK, Did you go see the biggest ball of twine yet?

First we had to establish "contact" like the movie. Janet is far better looking than Jodi Foster.

We went to the Alien Research Center research library in Roswell.

I think Gus is a mixture between Mantis type and the Alien guy of the old time photos of Gus's arrival , he use the helmet as disguise and he needed to cut off his enormous hands to disguise better. Finally we discovered why Gus/Zaphod have no hands.
