Looking for Information

I'm trying to find out what unit(s) my wife's Uncles ( Josef and Rudolf Hummel)served with. Both men were in the German Army during WWI and were from Göppingen, Württemberg. Both survived the war. If anyone has this information or knows where to look, it would be appreciated.

I couldn't find anything in the Verlustlisten (Casualty Lists; http://des.genealogy.net/eingabe-verlustlisten/search/index), which also shows wounded men. Were they born in Göppingen or living in Göppingen at the time?

I believe that the 180th Infantry Regiment was garrisoned in Goeppingen.

Another Uncle was in IR 123 and another in IR 120, her grandfather was an ambulance driver. There is still a fifth uncle that I have to find out about.
