Lower position

There was discussion earlier about lower position landwehr crosses from Wurttemberg.

This damaged postcard was marked on October 20, 1914 to Landwehr Infantry Regiment, 119. They had crosses, and they were in the lower position.

I also saw a great photo that showed this lower position in a book the other day as I was researching my update for tomorrow, and forgot to make note. Gone now........ I'll never find it.
