Luger P08 - Stamping Identification Help

**If anyone would be able to identify to whom this was issued by the stamping on the grip it is much appreciated. I apologize as I am lacking in reference books.

1918 DWM p08 post war refurb and reissue. Fortunately matching serial and original grips. This might not have had a long service life in WWI, but it definitely saw a lot of action afterwards because there is a lot of miles on the bore. It was paired with a 1938/39 "N" suffix Mauser magazine.
