The price tag on this one is quite high... Is it worth that much you think?
Besides, didn't the camo regulations of 1918 stipulate: Green, ochre yellow & rust brown separated by finger-wide black lines? I see an extra (beige) tone on this one...

Helmet looks good to me at least from the pics. Don't get hung up on the "regulation" colors and patterns, they used what they could get.
A very nice camo, unfortunately grossly overpriced.

With such a high price tag, it would be too risky to buy this based on photos only... Besides, I don't think I'd be able to tell for sure even if I could manipulate it. The interior looks OK but who knows if the liner wasn't replaced or re-issued? It's even tougher with the paint... :?
Has anyone else checked this helmet?
