While a very long time lurker, yet.a collector of pickelhauben for just under 30-years, I am also very much a noob!

As you derived, the item you are looking at appears to be a veterans' organization - much akin to the USA's Vetarans of Foreign Wars (VFW) or American Legion - medal. Literally, a Prussuan War Association medal

In my humble opinion, they are relatively uncommon because they were not saved. In addition, it is even somewhat more uncommon - if not rare, as this medal seems to clearly identify itself as from the former Kingdom of Prussia.

Lastly, the price seems reasonable.

Thanks for your opinion, im going to buy one from the dutch ebay. The seller wanted 25 euros!

I am interested in the German Empire under Bismarck and Wilhelm II. But the Prussian Culture and history is a thing I realy like!

I'll post some of my collection if u want!.
