My latest find, a miniature M16 Camo helmet, bought here on the forum from Alan.
It looked so nice in pictures, in real life it is even nicer! A very good mini replica of a M16 camo helmet, complete with liner.
Here some pictures, next to a reissued M16, in shabby state. I bought that one in 1992, in a reclamation yard where the sold all kinds of things, from architectural salvage to complete house stuff, couches, closets, the lot, so also the small stuff.
That M16 was found here in the village where I live, there used to be a German V1 site here, remains of that site were still visible those day's, but now unfortunately long gone. I paid only €25 for that one, but that was 32 years ago.
I am very happy to have been able to buy it from Alan!
It looks great on my desk, and its condition is very, very nice!
