Isn't this a modern body with a mix of original parts added?
The seller has sold several modern-made plates, etc. already

That is not just English that is American slang. Given that you are from the Netherlands where did you learn this? I do not believe but I could be wrong that those words would follow the explanation in the dictionary but are perfectly understandable to me.

That´s a good question I have many international colleagues at the university and as a consequence I speak English at my work the entire day. In addition, English (or American English) is the main language in science and there is offcourse this forum, a good place to pick up slang

Here's another bit of slang that you can apply to your little daughter. I used to call mine munchkin which is a term taken from the movie the Wizard of Oz. It basically means diminutive one.
