Model 1867 Garde du Corps enlisted- any alarm bells ringing?

I'm considering a purchase from Weitze. But before I sign on the dotted line, do these photos ring any alarm bells for any of our resident experts?

There is a repair on the right wing that I know of, but that actually makes me more confident - if it was a fake or parts helmet, they would not have bothered to repair a fake part, surely?

Other than that, it looks good to me.

Any thoughts?

Thanks as always,

Bungo

Maybe Karel or Dragoner will have more comments. From what I can see is there are some stress cracks on the shell by the visor attachment rivets and the back spine was soldered on (an update?), unless that white is residue from some sort of polish (Maybe email them?). I bought my 6K from them and found their description to be accurate.

Hello Bungo ,

I think the helmet is ok , but it is heavily restored .

The Gardestern I do not know as with leather wedges .

My pricing estimate is 3200-3500 , - Euro.

Since there is no liner and the helmet with eagle are indeed restored, I think Helmut isn't asking the full price. When you are happy with a helmet without liner, it seems not a really bad idea but maybe you can ask for a good price reduction...
