MODEL 1915 BADEN ARTILLERY ENLISTED MAN GREY METAL PICKELHAUBE
Black lacquered leather body with grey metal fittings including removable kugel, side post, front visor trim, rear spike and Baden Griffen wappen. Wappen is secured to the helmet body by leather wedges through the reinforced metal eyelets. No extra holes behind the wappen. Helmet has good form and firm stitching. Exterior has crazing and some leather lose at some parts.
The liner is of that black leather liner with fingers repaired. Inside the helmet, there is a size marked as 54. Like all Baden infantry they formed part of the XIV Army Corps and served on the Western front during WW1 and XIV was also stamped inside the helmet.
