Hello,
Could I ask the esteemed ladies and gentlemen to help me identify this monogram?
I am unable to assign it to a specific regiment.

Your sword is a model 1889 Prussian Infantry Officer Sword.

The cypher or monogram is for Kaiser Wilhelm II.

The sword could have been worn by any Prussian Infantry Officer, from any of the Prussian Infantry Regiments.
